Painting Local Treasures
Susan Galick has embraced art and creativity since childhood. Her paintings are influenced by her passion for the outdoors and her wonderful memories of living and traveling around beautiful British Columbia. Through her artwork she expresses moments like fishing the salt chuck with her father, touring the Gulf Islands with her parents, and special memories from her life in White Rock, Gavin Lake, Likely, Quesnel Lake, Sooke, and her current home in historic Fort Langley.
Susan paints in both oil and acrylic. Her passion for life is evident in her use of bold, brilliant colours and expressive brushwork. She is an active member of the Fort Langley Artist Group and the Federation of Canadian Artists.
